Greenday Vacation Cancellation Policy

At Greenday Vacation, we understand that plans can change. However, as we work to book services in advance and honour our commitments with suppliers, we must enforce a cancellation policy to ensure fairness. Please review the following cancellation terms:

Cancellations –  
The cancellation policy is based on the time of communication to Greenday Vacation and directly impacts our ability to recover costs with our suppliers. Therefore, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following schedule, which will also form part of your agreement with us:

Greenday Vacation Postponement Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we want to offer flexibility instead of a strict cancellation. If you need to reschedule, we are happy to offer a Zero Cancellation Postponement Period of 90 Days, meaning you can postpone your vacation without incurring cancellation fees. However, please note that this is not applicable during Peak Seasons.  

Important Notes

1. No Refunds for Last-Minute Cancellations:  
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Third-Party Costs:  
Non-refundable components (e.g., flight tickets, visas, or attraction entry fees) will be excluded from the refund, regardless of the cancellation timeline.

3. Force Majeure or Exceptional Cases:  
Refunds in the case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics will depend on the policies of the suppliers.

4. Refund Timeline:  
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

5. Amendments and Rescheduling:  
Date changes may be considered, subject to availability and approval, with additional charges if applicable.
